We help people research property: deeds and recorded transfers, ownership history, mortgages and liens, parcel and assessment data, and related public information. Records from county sources in all 50 states — coverage varies by county.
Reports are research copies, not certified documents, and are not consumer reports under the FCRA. For a certified or official copy, contact the recorder's office in the relevant county.
Most searches return in under a minute; most reports are ready within minutes, some may take up to 24 hours. Delivery is digital: reports appear in your dashboard and as PDF downloads. Nothing is shipped.
We sell one plan: $36.00 today ($1.00 access fee + first $35.00 payment), then $35.00 every 30 days for 23 more payments. Total: $841.00. The plan ends after the 24th payment and does not renew. Cancel anytime to stop remaining payments. Unlimited searches; up to 35 full reports per 30 days.

Our reports may not be used to make decisions about credit, employment, housing/tenant screening, insurance or any other purpose covered by the FCRA, or to stalk or harass anyone. See Permitted Use.
